    Meet the Chef

    With a degree in literature and a passion for philosophy, Chef Ted unknowingly built the perfect foundation for a life in fine cuisine. His culinary journey began in his grandmother’s kitchen and was later refined in top restaurants and hotels across New York, California, Maine, and Vermont. His travels to Europe became culinary pilgrimages, earning him behind-the-scenes access to world-renowned kitchens.

     

    A dedicated wine educator, Ted founded Vermont’s American Institute of Wine and Food chapter, earning the prestigious Robert Mondavi Culinary Award of Excellence. Recognized for his “flawlessly sophisticated food” by Travel & Leisure and an award partnership in Food & Wine’s Top 25 Restaurants in America, Ted’s expertise has been featured in Superchefs Cookbook, Great Chefs of the East, The Food Network, and more.

     

    Now, from his mountaintop retreat, Chef Ted shares his passion through immersive cooking classes, inspiring food lovers to deepen their appreciation of fine flavors.
