Meet Linda
Vermont Wedding Planner with Decades of Hospitality Experience
Meet Linda Fondulas
Linda Fondulas has spent most of her career planning events where the stakes are high and the details matter. Before launching Odyssey Events, she co-owned Hemingway’s Restaurant in Killington, Vermont, where she and her husband, Chef Ted Fondulas, built a nationally recognized destination known for its hospitality, refinement, and warmth. Over nearly 30 years of running the restaurant, Linda also quietly became the go-to planner for intimate weddings, milestone celebrations, and gatherings that required discretion and good taste.
After Hemingway’s, Linda continued her work overseeing events and private property operations for a prominent farm and art foundation. From large weddings to small curated dinners, her ability to manage moving parts while staying calm and focused made her indispensable.
Today, she brings that same approach to Odyssey Events: professional, attentive, and sincere. Clients appreciate her ability to stay composed under pressure, manage sensitive family dynamics, and keep events on track without creating chaos. She’s known for her sharp focus and warm communication style.
Linda lives in central Vermont with Ted and their two cats. When she’s not planning weddings, she enjoys writing, cross-country skiing, visiting museums, and finding good bread.
